HOW TO ORDER YOUR POD

Planning Review 

We can provide advice on your pods prior to construction, current planning guidance allows our pods in certain cases to be erected without formal planning permission, in commercial or business circumstance the likelihood is that planning permission will be required. We recommend consulting with your local planning authority to gain their opinion.

Siting Review 

We can provide advice on your siting and decide if these need to be an onsite build or offsite build.

Specification 

We will work with you to agree your exact specification prior to Build and provide you with a Build Cost.

Lead Time 

Once your specification has been agreed we can provide you an accurate build week and a delivery week.

After Care 

We are able to provide and aftercare service which can include annual servicing.
